Another Egg Sandwich

















This weekend I planted a tiny herb garden in pots. From here, I gathered some chives and tarrangon, chopped them up, and whisked the herbs into an egg. Then I made an egg sandwich for brunch on Sunday with a piece of bacon, lettuce, and mayo.

I basically live off of eggs. I think hardboiled eggs are like nature's powerbar. This weekend at Whole Foods I seriously considered getting an ostrich egg for 20 bucks. I thought that maybe it could feed me for the entire week, but then I realized so could a dozen eggs and they only cost 1.99.
